Overview

The University of Bolton MBA Top-up at Western College is a part-time career development course for those with management experience. This fast track Part time programme has been designed for those who already have a postgraduate qualification in management. A key element of this programme is a skills and research module which will support you in completing your MBA dissertation.

The programme seeks to develop:

– To allow students to make the transit from Post Graduate Diploma level of study to MBA and

– To allow students to expand on their current knowledge and understanding

Teaching and Learning

Each module is in 6-8 weeks blocks with industry sessions and one day assignment clinic.

As well as traditional teaching methods, your learning will be enhanced through guest speakers, case studies and visits, while giving you an insight into a range of business and management practices, and allowing you to critically reflect on your own experiences.

The University of Bolton Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) will support your learning, with course materials and links to key resources available online. The VLE will also allow you to engage in additional learning activities and take part in discussions remotely.
